Amount: 1 heaped tsp per 7-9oz
Time: Steep 3-7 mins. Temp: 99'C / 194'F or higher
Iced Tea: 6 tsp, add 1 1/2 cups of boiling water. Steep 5 mins. add 3 cups of cold water. Add ice and garnish & sweeten to taste
** Ice tea, double tea amount, reduce hot water by half. Steep 5 mins. Cool, add ice & cold water. Sugar and or lemon to taste
